The National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM) is India’s premier institution for Human Resources Management, with a mission to foster excellence and innovation across the HR_ profession. Established to represent and unite HR practitioners, business leaders, policymakers, and academicians, NIPM plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of workforce management in the country. NIPM Trivandrum Chapter is one ofthe very active chapter and has been recognised for its excellent performance on many occasions nationally.
As an active member of international bodies such as the International Industrial Relations Association (IIRA), Geneva, and the Asia Pacific Federation of Human Resources Management (APFHRM), NIPM connects Indian HR professionals to a global network of expertise and best practices.
